Fandomosity: Jossverse (BDM, Firefly), Potterisms (GOF), VMars

Tonights Sci-Fi Channel episode of Firefly is "Heart Of Gold", another personal favorite of mine. Space hookers (and Jayne getting his giddy on with them, naturally), Mal getting drunk and the seduction with him and the domimatrix Lady Heather, gunfights and space cowboys riding horseback. Hell yeah! And people wonder why I love this show. Moving onward....

-♠- The Cortex for Browncoats: Literally, you cannot stop the signal. Another podcasting program has been invented for Firefly fans alike, The Firefly Talk Podcast. Just like The Signal, the very first Firefly-based online podcast, Firefly Talk is more of a newsletter of the 'verse rather than the all-around Firefly/Serenityverses. It's a great combination of detailed thoughts and discussions of the happenings in the Firefly series. So, go ye forth all Browncoats!

-♠- "I Swallowed A Bug!": Serenity review by Nilly. This is probably the most thoroughly detailed, intelligently thought-out, poetically praising of a review with many thoughts, theories, and observations from the film itself. Lovely and sheer brilliance (both for the film and the review). Definitely a must-read for all, and there's even reviews for the episodes of the Firefly series as well.

-♠- GOF: Extra! had a Goblet of Fire preview snippet with newish interviews and footage, which includes some familiar scenes and new scenes -- including the infamous Amazing Bouncing Ferret scene (it's also downloadable in the above link)! In which you can witness several of the screencaps of the preview here. Very high-larious, ferret!Malfoy is so adorable and Harry's badmouthing taking-no-shit comeback to Draco was priceless. Utterly priceless. Squeeage on my part was nearly unbearable for the first several moments of viewing this exclusive scene. Hee!

-♠- Marshmallow Back In Business: New and improved Veronica Mars website on UPN.com, celebrating the second season in all its shining glory! The Faders will be guest-starring in next week's episode (still pining for that music video that premiered -- and that song for download, pronto!) Also? For those wondering on Joss Whedon's guest appearance in the sixth episode of VMars, here's an exclusive promotional picture of Joss as the disgruntled car salesman. Aww! Doesn't he look all cute?
