Daenerys. Khaleesi.

Fandomosity: Jossverse (BDM, Firefly), Supernatural, Memoirs of a Geisha

Friendly reminder, that tonight's Sci-Fi Channel presentation of Firefly will be featuring "The Train Job" episode. Train heistings, Niska and all his sadistic glory, "two by two, hands of blue", Jayne mumbling about angels then falling down, boom. Ah, wacky fun! So, sit back and enjoy this lovely episode.

-♠- Can't Stop The Signal: German interviews with Joss Whedon, Nathan Fillion and Summer Glau about their workings and time on Firefly and Serenity. The German interviewer, Dietmar Dath, also posted a praising Serenity movie review; in which I adore his wordings of River "Gretel" Tam and brother Simon "Hänsel" Tam, speaking from the German fairytales, which are perfect comparisons to the Tam siblings.

-♠- Tiny Feet In Huge Combat Boots: The Firefly Talk podcast has episode #8 posted on their website, in which includes an interview with Shawna Trpcic, the costume designer for Firefly (check out her official website for auctioning off the authentic costumes from the series), as well as an episode review for "Ariel".

-♠- "Object Of Every Man's Fantasy": Memoirs of a Geisha film soundtrack is out; beautifully composed by John Williams. Also, the movie comes out today in selected theaters -- which I'm definitely going to see it, without a doubt. Screw everything else that's in theaters. Memoirs of a Geisha is a gorgeously written novel and I shall see the movie adaptation of it (that and my adoring admiration for Zhang Ziyi playing Chiyo/Sayuri is larger than life).

-♠- Oh Noes, It's LLAMAS!: Serenity Gagreel. The official bloopers from the DVD. Downloadable version. Watch, laugh, and enjoy my fellow Browncoats. Caution: Much profanity. Yes, they're pottymouths, especially Nathan. But oh, the hilarity! *hee!*
