Katherine Pierce.

Fire bad, tree pretty.

It's been a long time since I rewatched Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and I just had a few selected episodes from season three and man, nostalgic much? I think out of all the seasons the third was the best. I mean, the finale was epic. Faith is wicked awesome, and everything about it was just perfect.

I did watch Samuari Girl this weekend, though I'll do a proper review post later because it seems that Fate didn't want me to watch the last two hours of the miniseries. My cable crapped out the minute before the first hour and didn't return until the last minute of the final hour. Major suckage and utter fail, cable. Oh well, I'm sure ABC Family is going to rerun it anyway, or I can find ways to watch it online. But I will say I was pleasantly surprised by the series. It's nothing hugely spectacular, and there are differences from the books as I expected there to be, but overall I was intrigued and entertained. But more about that once I finish the final parts and review on them.

Anyway, last night was the premiere and return of TSCC!

However, I do have a dilemma, as it seems that Mondays are the crowded weekday concerning fandoms. Gossip Girl and TSCC are both on at the same timeslot and come September 22nd it'll be followed by Heroes. As happy as I am that the fall season is picking up after the painful hiatus during the strike for some, I'd forgotten about the issue of sharing timeslots and close-togetherness of shows. I don't know, I'll try to work out the schedule but again, I do have a life outside of fandom so I may be behind on several if things becomes too problematic.
