What fandoms did you acquire in 2007?
Gossip Girl, Bionic Woman, Painkiller Jane, Unfair, Dexter, Torchwood
What fandoms did you let go of in 2007?
What fandoms did you mean to get into but didn't in 2007? Why?
Chuck, originally I thought about it but decided not. Although I did get to watch Pushing Daisies I haven't watched the latest episodes after the first one. Simply put that I have too many fandoms to keep track of.
What fandoms do you intend on checking out in 2008?
IF the strike ends and we get new shows in 2008 that is, I'll definitely be checking out Dollhouse and The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
What fandoms do you think you might let go of in 2008 unless things significantly improve?
None that I can think of, actually. I like House but I'd wish they'd move things along aside from him picking his newest team, which went on longer that I wanted to be honest.
What fandoms do you think you'll never let go of no matter how crappy they get? Why?
Most certainly Heroes. I just love and care about the characters too much and I'm really anticipating what might be in store for Vol3. The same with Supernatural, I love the Winchesters too much and we have so many questions left unanswered and things left undone before they can ever get sloppy or provide ridiculous storylines.
What show impressed you most in 2007?
Gossip Girl. It may be a typical teen-dramarama kind of show, but I am further impressed with how I've become so addicted to it. And, despite the minor flaws it had in S2, Heroes has something worthwhile dealing with the mythology, which I am certainly interested in and while yeah, the first half of S2 wasn't perfect but I was still intrigued with how everything was dealt with. Besides, I am looking forward to how Kring will be handling Vol.3 based on his answers to changing the things that viewers weren't pleased about.
What show impressed you least in 2007?
Eh, Bionic Woman. Truth be told, if it doesn't have Katee in an episode I'm far from interested.
So this'll be the last post as the days before Christmas are arriving, and when I say I'll be MIA let me clarify. I'll be checking in on LJ and commenting every now and again, but I won't be making any new posts until after Christmas which will be flooded with RL updates and fandomy-things. I have some theories regarding my current fandoms that I've been itching to write out, including some essays and possibly a recs post. So, it'll be fannish posts post-holiday season. Whee!
