I think Catching Fire is gonna knock The Hunger Games right out of the park, and I really loved the first movie. It's not shying away from showing how dark this world is and how politics play heavily in what is happening in shaping the fates of these kids, of the districts, of Katniss becoming the symbol of a revolution, as it's meant to. Everything looks so stunningly epic and this isn't even scratching the surface of the Games either. I can't wait! *__*

I liked this book more than the first one, and I'm more interested in this movie than I thought I would be. :D

After this one, I'm actually wondering how they're gonna handle Mockingjay, since it's arguably the least favorite of the trilogy for most fans.

I think I liked Mockingjay the most, I'm not really "a fan" (I just read the books because so many people were posting about them), but I kept liking the series more as it went on.

I loved the first one too but they definitely kicked it up a few notches with this one. So excited! :D

They kinda would have to considering what happens, but it makes me excited because it gets really heavy with the political side of things and why Katniss' role is so important with the uprising of the revolution. So, I can't wait to see how they handle that in the movie.

I am really looking forward to seeing this movie! I need to read the books my friends keep telling me they are awesome!

They're pretty good books, and the premise is quite fascinating in general.

I'm so torn about this. I really enjoyed the books but I was very "meh" about the first movie, and of the three books Catching Fire is actually my least favorite (and I think I'm weird for that? I prefer Mockingjay and most people tell me that's their least favorite)

I'm sort of weird because I enjoyed the first movie a lot more than I did the book. First-person narratives can be a hit or miss with me, and while they weren't bad I felt that there was something missing. I think the movies add more atmosphere to the world that was so limited when I was reading them, you know? Also the added things like the riot of District 11 after what happened with Rue was beautiful and amazing.

I'm really looking forward to Catching Fire because it looks like they're expanding that world even more, and I can't wait to see what else they do with it.

Looks like it's going to be good!

It really does! I'm excited because they're amping everything up and it has me anticipating what else they're gonna do, especially for the third film.

love love love the trailer, gives me goosebumps every time. I feel like Lawrence is really going to get to show off her acting ability to an audience that has no idea what is coming.

For real, though. I've seen Jennifer in her other projects and she's absolutely amazing in her performances, so those who haven't are really in for a treat. I was impressed with how she played Katniss in the first movie, so I'm excited to see how she brings her skills to this one.
