I will answer injustice with justice.
++ Another new and fantastic Game of Thrones trailer.

If I wasn't already excited for this season, I swear. Everything looks so good, and is it just me or does the production value look better than it usually does? I mean just the shots we see of Braavos and Meereen and the fighting sequences; the cinematography is just gonna wow us this season, I can feel it. We're just getting to the climax of certain things this season, and I cannot wait.

In less than a month Game of Thrones premieres, and shortly thereafter the DVD release of Desolation of Smaug. I'd say April is looking quite good.

++ Hearing that Maggie Q is going to portray Ching Shih in a new limited series, Red Flag, has got me incredibly excited. After Nikita sadly ended I was hoping to see more of her in other things, and then this announcement happened. What's more is that reading up on the actual history of this bamf hbic pirate makes me even more enthralled. So not only is my favorite lady getting more awesome jobs, she's playing a badass pirate and conqueror and it makes me very, very happy. It really does depend on how well it's going to be made, though, but in general we need more of these kinds of stories being told and if Maggie is on board, so am I.

++ There are two new shows that I'm curious about: Resurrection, that premiered yesterday, and Believe that is premiering tonight. Just based on the previews alone, the former will make me have feels and I'm not sure I'm ready for that yet. The latter, on the other hand, has me very intrigued by its premise. Also it was created by Alfonso Cuarón, so you know, gotta check it out for reasons.

Most of my thoughts are "so many characters!"

lol, yeah, there is, and the books are even worse. Like, aside from the main players, the show pretty much gave us only half of the characters that appears in the books.

I, myself, after (and while) watching the first season kind of delved right into spoiling myself from what I learned online just so I could understand what was happening because it can be ever complicated. As I'm reading the books, it's still kind of insane if you aren't paying close enough attention and it can get a bit confusing at times. So even though I know what happens I still have to refer to the ASOIAF wiki to refresh my memory on specifics. I find that rather helpful, especially if you aren't afraid of spoilers.

When you do find the right time to give it a proper run through, I'd love to hear your thoughts on it. :)

I've heard that about the books. :P

I might end up going the same way. Not sure. I don't, in general, like spoilers.

:) We shall see. I doubt I'll get caught up any time soon. Next few weeks are going to be insane with moving and keeping up with uni, etc.
