Criminal Minds -- Another series that I'm beginning to like as each episode airs. The main character, played by Mandy Patinkin, is phenomenal with his profiling skills. This is the kind of crime show that focuses on the subject of getting into the criminal's minds, which is very intriguing and interesting to me, personally. Really liking what I'm seeing so far.
Supernatural -- Okay, I'm admitting I haven't actually sat down and watched an episode through-and-through quite yet -- but I'm trusting my sister's instincts saying that it's the freakiest and most creepifying show she's ever seen, and yet she continues taping it because it's too enthralling. Or perhaps it could be because it has Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles starring as the two main characters, which I'm not blaming her or even complaining one bit. However, watching it during the daylight is probably the best way to watch this new WB series. But, then again, what fun would that be?
Ghost Whisperer -- Truth be told, I'm not that enthralled by this show even though some storylines are somewhat interesting. While I don't have a personal gripe with Jennifer Love Hewitt, her character in this show seems so -- blah. She seems too damn patient and cardboard-like -- which I'm relieved that it isn't competing against my beloved Medium, because at least that show has the main character have real emotions and real drama in her life. Unlike JLH's character, who is just too....patient. Eh. I'll see how this new series progresses, though I'm not going to be rushing to the TV screen to watch it each week.
In other news, I watched Gracie's Choice starring Kristen Bell and Anne Heche eariler today. Wow! Kristen's performance in this movie shined, and this definitely proves how incredibly talented (not to mention adorable!) she is. Also, I'm a sucker for inspirational Lifetime movies -- and just Lifetime movies in general, really. I recommend this to everyone, because you really do feel for Kristen's character and for the situation she's placed in the middle of.
