Fandom Snowflake Challenge: Day 5

Day Five: In your own space, promote three communities, challenges, blogs, pages, Twitters, Tumblrs or platforms and explain why you love them.

** Critical Role − Not too long ago, the cast of Critical Role announced that they were moving from Geek & Sundry to their own studio. While the episodes of the show will still be archived on the Geek & Sundry channel, they have created their own YouTube channel that will feature a lot of bonus original content, from general advice of how to get into D&D/RPG games, playing other games themselves, doing interviews, etc. It's essentially a new endeavor where they can grow and expand, just as the fanbase has, allowing them to do more interactive and creative things. They also have their own official website which features updates, event announcements, and merchandise.

** e-ripley and jessicahuangs − Both these Tumblr users are gifmakers who contribute a lot to many different fandoms. The latter is someone who I've been recently following and has mostly been making things for Marvel's Runaways, specifically of Nico Minoru and Nico/Karolina, but she's in other fandoms as well. I recommended e-ripley before during the last challenge, but I felt like I needed to recommend her again, just because. She mainly does a lot of science fiction, but is also a huge Tomb Raider/Lara Croft fan and has been giffing series that nobody else seems to, which I deeply appreciate because finding older fandoms on Tumblr are hard to come by. Lately she's been giffing Relic Hunter, a late 90s/early 00s shortly lived show that I didn't know existed but I definitely want to watch it now because she brought my attention to it.

** Podbay − I discovered this site some years ago when wanting to listen to Welcome to Night Vale since everyone was raving about it and I needed to hear the episodes. Since then, it's been my go-to website to discover and listen to podcasts. So whether you're looking for something new or trying catch-up on a specific podcast, this is a great place to go.
